Description of Service
29 Equity provides financial research, proprietary indices, and analytics across commercial real estate, digital infrastructure, and corporate finance. The platform is in private beta.
No Investment Advice
All content, indices, projections, and analytics are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Outputs are model estimates, not guaranteed outcomes. Users are responsible for their own decisions.
Data and Accuracy
Data is drawn from public sources and proprietary models. 29 Equity makes reasonable efforts toward accuracy but does not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error free. Figures labeled as estimates are stated assumptions.
Intellectual Property
The 29 Equity indices, methodology, and platform content are proprietary. Users may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.
Acceptable Use
Users may not scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.
Limitation of Liability
29 Equity is not liable for any loss arising from use of the platform or reliance on its content, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
